Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Villarreal Camp Kosovo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns policy.
Participation
The camp is intended for youth participants as described in camp communications. Participants must follow instructions from coaches and staff, arrive and depart at designated times where applicable, and take part in activities in a safe and cooperative manner.
Conduct
Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other participants is required at all times. Verbal or physical misconduct, bullying, or behavior that puts others at risk may result in removal from the camp without refund, as set out in our Refund & Returns policy.
Health & Safety
Parents and guardians must provide accurate health and medical information where requested. The organization relies on this information to support participant safety. We are not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information that was not disclosed when required.
Liability
Football and related activities involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Villarreal Camp Kosovo and its organizers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in camp activities, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Schedule Changes
The organization may adjust schedules, venues, sessions, or staffing where reasonably necessary (for example, due to weather, facilities, or safety). We will aim to communicate material changes in a timely manner where possible.
Media Consent
Photographs or video may be taken during the camp for documentation and promotional use (including online and print). If you do not wish a participant to appear in such materials, you must notify us in writing before or at registration, using the contact details below, so we can note your preference where practicable.
Payments
All camp fees are subject to the Refund & Returns policy. Payments are final except where expressly stated otherwise by the organization in writing.
