Villarreal Camp Kosovo

General Policy

All payments made for Villarreal Camp Kosovo are final. Fees secure a place and support camp planning, staffing, and operational commitments made in advance of the event.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Cancellation by the participant
Schedule conflicts
Illness or other personal reasons
Late arrival or early departure

Exceptional Situations

In rare cases, the organization may review individual circumstances at its sole discretion. Any such review does not guarantee a refund or credit. Where a refund or adjustment is not offered, this policy remains in effect.

Agreement

By completing registration and payment, the participant (or parent or legal guardian on their behalf) acknowledges and agrees to this refund and returns policy.
