2. Service description
The organizer provides sports camp participation services and related training activities as presented on this website.
3. Payments and card processing
- Accepted cards include Visa and Mastercard unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Cardholder data is entered only on the secure hosted payment page of our payment partner.
- A registration is treated as completed only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Refund policy
Strict no-refund policy: once registration and payment are successfully completed, fees are non-refundable.
If the organizer cancels the event, participants will be offered either rescheduling, account credit, or refund at the organizer's discretion and applicable law.
Any exceptional refund request (including medical or force-majeure reasons) may be reviewed case-by-case but is not guaranteed.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
Before initiating a card chargeback, the customer should contact support first. The organizer may submit registration and payment evidence to the acquiring bank in dispute processes.
6. Participant obligations
- Participants and parents must provide accurate registration information.
- Participants must follow camp rules, safety instructions, and staff decisions during activities.
- The organizer may refuse participation in case of serious misconduct or safety risk.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Kosovo, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
9. Updates to these terms
The organizer may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website applies to new registrations from its effective date.
